What is a typical "centrally monitored" system? I have a core and shell space that will be providing sub-metering for it's tenant and a monthly bill indicating usage, peak, and cost.

Does the M&V Plan for EAc5.2 have to include what tool is being used to calculate the baseline energy use of the building?

Hallo, My project is a co-working space for multiple companies. The tenants won't be assigned a fixed space to work in, and there are common spaces where anyone can sit down and work.

I'm seeing the credit achievement rate as 0% for this credit. Other achievement rates seem OK. Has nobody achieved this credit? Can this be verified?

The developer's CS project consists of two large leasable spaces. One wing to be used for a department store, the other one to be used as furnished apartments.

Is there an M+V plan template for this credit? There is a template for the M+V 5.1 credit. Thanks, Melissa
