collect rainwater in swimming pools?

Can outdoor open-air swimming pools be counted toward rainwater collection areas?  If the pool is constructed and maintained such that the water level always allows enough space for the local

How much of site do you need to manage?

In the LEED guidelines it says that you need to manage on site the runoff from the "post developed site".

We have a current project, which is the 3rd stage of a data center complex. The fist two stages are already finish and started functioning some time ago.

Dear All,

 

Option 1 requires on-site management of the runoff from the developed site for the 95th or 98th percentile of local rainfall events.
