Harvesting storm water on a zero-lot-line project and discharging in a nearby canal

Dear all,

I am not quite sure the approach we're using in a zero lot line project is correct to achieve this credit and would like to have your opinion.

I am not quite sure if the approach discussed in my project team is a viable way to achieve this credit and would like to check back with you.

Under Version 3 is was acceptable to retain storm water run-off in tanks to discharge in to storm water sewers at a later date, is this still acceptable under V4?

Providing water quality treatment to meet credit requirements

Our project provides water quality treatment of a majority of the stormwater prior to discharging from the stormwater best management practices at the site.

If there are rainwater management measures taking place as part of the masterplan surrounding and including the project building but these are not within the LEED project boundary, can those measur
