If open plan office is linked with entrance, guest circulation areas and corridors from another zone (which totally takes about 2'000 m2), how we can calculate and predict Reverberation Time?

I have a fully filled out acoustic performance calculator that is showing "No" compliance on Background noise that I believe is because of 2 empty rows in the table. I have enabled Macros.

Can Building Envelope CxA be the acoustical engineer

I know under LEED that the design engineers cannot also be the Cxa, but does that also apply for an entity/company who is the building envelope CxA but can also be the acoustical engineers?
