We have a small project with a courtyard with an area pretty much doubling the building footprint which has a wall (concrete wall, not a fence) all along the peripheral yard.

I would like to see this credit evolve to include pedestrian access to the building. Most cities in my country are very pedestrian oriented and can comply with this credit´s requirements.
