I have a campus project in Wisconsin. University projects are generally walkable and try to continue a very pedestrian orientated feel.

Our project is an adaptive reuse of a historic building in a historic district.

If a pilot credit is repealed (under Resources, it says March 2013), does that mean a project can not submit this credit even if the project is registered for the credit?
