I have a campus project in Wisconsin. University projects are generally walkable and try to continue a very pedestrian orientated feel.

If a pilot credit is repealed (under Resources, it says March 2013), does that mean a project can not submit this credit even if the project is registered for the credit?

One of the requirements states, "At-grade crossings with driveways account for no more than 10% of the length of sidewalks within the project".

Entrance lobby as live-work space
