Our area of work includes portions of the first and second floors of a university library in California. On the first floor, only bathrooms are included.

Can a standard bus stop count if it is within 1/2 mile of the project entrance, or is  a standard (non rapid) bus stop only allowed to count towards the 1/4 mile distance credit?  

Is there a minimum duration after occupancy you must wait to conduct the occupant comfort survey?
