Does a pressure applied decorative window film, which will be installed on interior glass partitions need to comply under the WALLS category?

Previously in LEED v2009, daylight area that was measured above 500fc could still comply if there were view-preserving shades present.

Can you define what "heat rejection" is? I'm not exactly sure which energy counts towards "heat rejection".
