Hi. our LEED ND Plan project is for a business and retail sector, with congress halls and hotels. no residential units are planned.

Our project is building adjacent to an existing building, and will connect to it via a pedestrian bridge. Between the two buildings are several existing, older trees that are required to remain.

thinner use for cleaning purposes

The construction team want to know if the thinner used to clean the formwork for concrete slabs in the post-tensionnnig method have to comply with the VOC's limit required in the SCAQMD rule 1143?

Hospitality counts?

Hi - anyone have an answer to how to do counts for hospitality? It doesn't seem reasonable that you'd be counting guests to get your final numbers.
