G3.1.3.6 Piping Losses losses shall not be modeled in either the proposed or baseline
building designs for hot water, chilled water, or steam piping.

I find the reference guide confusing on this credit. Am I reading it correctly that multi-occupant spaces do NOT need to be addressed for lighting controls within v4 Retail projects?

With the Innovation in Design credit for LEED-CI v4, the reference guide indicates that you can achieve all 5 credits thru a combination of innovation and exemplary performance credits (option 3).&
