Can New Construction project use requirement of Warehouse and Distribution center to count point?

Hi LEED expert, my project is a manufacturing plant with a warehouse. The warehouse accounts for 46% of the total GFA. The project will be registered under New Construction.

Why does the Minimum IAQ Performance calculator excel spreadsheet have a formula to truncate the calculation of the Average outdoor air fraction (Xs) to only 2 digits by rounding down?

Just want to verify that this credit still applies to sleeping rooms? i.e. hotel rooms, dormatory, etc.

Hi, i've had a very good question from a client. Why does LEED require a no-smoking policy in countries where workplace smoking is not permitted by law?
