Hi, The project is a 3-storey high building, single tenant. The tenant already occupies the building, and going to renovate about half of the floor area.

Distance from water bodies and wet lands

In V3, the development boundary from water bodies and wetlands should be 50' and 100' respectively. Why in V4 it is reversed ie 100' for water bodies and 50' for wetland? Any justification?

Under the LEED Core & Shell Version 4, the project will be connected to a district heating and cooling plant. Can this be claimed as a renewable energy source under EAc5?

Is all furniture required to be certified or tested? It used to be only permanently installed items, like workstations, private office furniture, task chairs.
