Option 2 Simulation

For Option 2 (Simulation) is it accepted to run the simulation for 9.00 and 15.00 on September 21 only, or should it be repeated for March 21st and get the average of both?

Are we exempt of providing the meter declaration if the water-meter has been installed by the water company (government)? What would the criteria for this be?

Is there anyway to download a pdf copy of the LEED Online for this credit? I'm curious to see if it differs form the 2009 LEED for Healthcare IEQc4 form or if the form is the same.

it is required to comply with the table 1 for each fixture as it seems to state in the establisment period for option 1 calculated water use, or it is enough to comply with the baseline 120% o 150%
