Canopy to building with wall opening (is it a "complete bldg")?

We have a project that is an existing canopy converted into a building without a 15' wide wall on one side. There will be a 10'x15' enclosed office inside this building.

Quick question please: I have an existing building of 1000 sq ft. 700 sq ft of them are to be renovated, the remaining area is to left intact. There will also be a brand-new addition of 500 sq ft

Modular Homes

We are looking at a local modular home design. I have seen modular homes on line being advertised as LEED certified.

MPR2 Defining 'one building'

The building to be certified is an office, hotel and retail complex and is composed of two seperate buildings. There are no structural connections between the buildings above ground.

We have a project for a single entity that owns and occupies an entire building. They are required to achieve LEED silver on this renovation per their local code.
