Discharge rates and run off

Hi, In simple terms, is there a difference between 'discharge rate' and 'run off'? We are currently assessing our site to determine which case and path to follow.

Our project is the only development on a small, flat, island. The surface is sand or sandy topsoil and is extremely porous.

A building on a campus

We currently working on a project that will be pursuing LEED certification. The building resides on a campus but we are only certifying one building as part of our contract.

pre-development / post-development

Sorry, might be a stupid question: in our case the pre-development is a demolished building complex. Do we calculate the post-development against the previous development or the undeveloped condit

Hi All. This is just a suggestion. To achieving this credit the pre-development condition is no more the "existing site" we were talking about in v2009, but is now(LEED v4) the "natural land cove

Peak discharge/flow rate

Which formula do you use to calculate peak flow rate (1 and 2-year, 24hours). I am using NRCS (SCS) TR-55 Graphical Discharge Method. Is that recommanded?
