For Option 2, a document, such as manufacture product sheets needs to be provided to confirm the resultant transmittance of shading device is less than 10%. What is resultant transmittance?

Our Project has a LEED boundary that crosses a parking lot. This means that half of the parking lot is within the leed boundary and the other half is outside the leed boundary.

This may stretch a bit outside the LEEDuser realm, but...... I received a comment on a past project, where the reviewer wanted verification that the project was actually a LZ3 as defined by IESNA
