Bollard lighting

It seems like most bollard lights emit light straight out to the sides at 180 or 360 deg spreads. Therefore allowing a lot of light to be emitted above 90 deg from nadir.

We are trying to achieve this credit, I have 2 questions; - The municipality has few lighting off our site limit but very close to our LEED boundary.

I think it would be good to show a sample submittal with a plan view of the site. Most people seem to think this credit is easy since the calculations they've seen were done wrong.

Hello All, Are exterior uplights exempt from the 90 degrees above nadir categorisation if they are under cover of a shading structure, such as a canvas sail or cabana?
