Hello! 

All mention of establishment periods refer to the no potable water/irrigation case (WEc1 Option 2), but what about for Option 1, 50% non-potable water use reduction?

My project consists of some landscaping at grade (2%) and the majority of landscaping on the podium level (18%) for a combined landscaped area that is about 20% of the site. 

Within the WEc1 "Thresholds" tab, there is a green button that reads "Submit". Are you supposed to click this button in order for the credit to be ready for review?

We are building on a previously developed site where there are many existing Redwood trees that will not be uprooted for the project.

We use 100% non-potable water in our project but the LEED v06 form still requires 50% reduction from baseline, but there is no calculator on the form and none separately available under Resources.
