We have project using district steam. We use DES v2 to calculate the virtual rate based on state averaged electricity (0.084$/kWh) and gas (0.00757$/MBTU).

I recently noticed LEED Reference Guide for EAc1 Example Option 1 (p278) says we need to redistribute the window to wall ratio uniformally on each orientation of the building.
