Hello! I am having problems with the EAc1 template. The EAp2 and EAc1 reports 2 points for a 12.3% savings of a Major Renovation.

We have an extremely large site are to building area ratio. The building covers only 2% of the site.

I am working on the energy model of an renovated building, where only the structure will remain (LEED CS). It is located in a corner, attached to other buildings on both sides.
