For recycled content of concrete, I followed the "Sample Supplementary Cementitious Materials Calculation" in the LEED reference guide to find the recycled content value.

Should I include loads of soil, stone, pipe bedding materials, underground pipe, catch basins or other site work materials to the total cost of materials?

The LEED Online format for submitting the MR credit 4, 5, and 7 it asks for the "Cost per Item" and "Number of Items Purchased". I have to total cost of the items, but not the individual cost.

Certification obtained, site occupied & used - fast forward a couple of years - any reason why Owner can't remove a recycled floor tile he doesn't like and replace it with a product of his choo
