1) ive looked at space matrix (this is a library project)... from what i gather EVERY space has to count.. even spaces not regularly occupied (mech closet, janitor closet, etc).

Flush-Out Requirement for a Naturally Ventilated Building

The project is an 8 story residence hall on a university campus. The building is not equipped with a central ventilation system and dorm rooms rely on natural ventilation.

Our project is a multifamily building with several common spaces on the cellar, main level, and top level of the building. However, majority of the building is apartment units.

We are the GC for a new small (4,000 SF) Leed Certified fast food restaurant with 3,800 CFM of outside air when occupied. We plan to do our initial 3,500 CF/SF flushout over a weekend.

Hello, Our project is in Indonesia (Climate Zone 1), which happened have high humidity (70-85%) all year long. Our building design only incorporate natural ventilation and AC (VRF system).

Dear all, We have a project where we intend to pursue Option 1 Path 1, We will install furniture after completing the flush-out, but the architect is concerned about the carpet install

We performed IAQ testing to meet IEQc3.2 on a subway station. The IAQ levels passed easily, and our approach was recognized by the LEED reviewer as an appropriate approach.

Has anyone had experience with meeting the IAQ testing requirements using the Directsense IAQ Plus Screening tool from Graywolf Sensing Solutions.
