We are experiencing difficulties in acquiring a coherent rating from Portfolio Manager for a Hospital in São Paulo, Brazil.

We have a situation where we would like to utilize the multiple building approach as a group project for 2 buildings and the surrounding site.

We are trying to certify a laboratory in Brazil, and we are using the USGBC Calculator and the LABS21.

Does anybody know if projects outside EEUU are elegible for Energy Star Rating?. I am working in an EBOM Project in Argentina and I am not sure if it will be Case 1 or Case 2. Thank you.

I have a question about the following statement from above : "We have an international project and the space type is eligible for an Energy Star rating.
