my Project is in Shanghai China.I am preparing PI Form form my project. Now I have a question about parking area.

This project has 224 FTE. We've provided 6 carpool spots and are installing 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations that services 4 dedicated EV parking spots.

Is the 5% really only based on the FTEs and not the peak building users?

We are working on a LEED CI office project located in a dense urban center with the minimum parking dedicated for the building.

Is parking that is negotiated as part of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) considered the same as a zoning requirement?

The project would like to look into Case 1 option 1. The tenant included carparking spaces into the lease.

We are certifying a tenant space with LEED CI in a building that was previously CS certified. The CS building has preferred parking spaces for electrical vehicles.

My office is moving to a mixed use space so we will be SSc3 case 1, less than 75% of the building.

We are renovating the interiors of two existing dormitories on a college campus. Per LEED-CI SSc3.3 we fall under Case 2. We are not providing any new parking.
