We have a retail banking project. the building is 2 stories high + a roof top and was renovated. We installed a roof garden on it. we also install light fixture surrounding the roof garden.

Our project site has a sufficient changing/shower facility that is existing in another building that also achieved LEED certification, including this point.

For EBOM IEQp1 we have a school using a dedicated ventilation AHU providing ventilation air to classroom FCU's.

The project site has 3 cooling towers of 215 ton capacity each. These cooling towers serve the HVAC system of the building and are operational for 8-10 hrs on all working days.

We have a CI project with multiple zone units and VAV system. We are using template VRP compliance calculator.

Does technical rooms, as IDFs rooms needs to have outside air renovation?

Is a covered exterior grate system (e.g, outside a vestibule) at all high volume entryways an acceptable approach to credit achievement for IEQc5? Any advice or guidance would be most appreciated.

This may seem to be a silly question, but is causing me lots of issues, is there any kind of requirement to achieve this credit other than just an all or nothing?
