What does USGBC/GBCI accept when you have a range of recycled content. For example, Sika/Sarnafil has a 5-10% Post consumer recycled content on one of their projects in their documentation.

Wood substitute counted in this credit?

Can wood substitute such as fiber cement material be counted in this credit? As I understand, this credit only applies to lumber.
