We have several unisex restrooms with dual flush toilets at a library. We assume some percentage of visitors use these restrooms, and another percentage use the group restrooms (with urinals).

Clause 5..9 in ASHRAE 62.1 requires MERV 6 filters on all cooling coils or other surfaces. This will very much affect the energy efficiency of the systems.
