Attempting to return ceiling tiles from demo

We are performing a 2009 Commercial Interior for the reuse of a 7000 sq ft decommissioned Army base building. In the demolition phase, we collected old ceiling tiles to return to the manufacturer.

Is it recommended to include adjacent buildings to represent the shading effects in the proposed model. If so do I assume that I also include it in the baseline model also.

Our project is currently registered under NC 2009. This 66,500sf project consists of a new classroom addition to an existing 53,000sf building, which achieved LEED silver under NC 2.2.
