Under the Bird's Eye View here for WEc2, there is a citation of LEED Interpretation #10012 made on 05/09/2011 which states "projects may only count future infrastructure such as reclaimed water sys

We have a project where a good part of the non-hardscaped area inside the LEED boundary will be planted in native prairie grasses, with no irrigation.

I have a problem, our construction waste management plan didn't specify Load-specific diversion reports, so all of the reports we have received (5 months) have been facility average rates.

LEED V4 homes awards ( and generously) for residential projects with areas smaller than an accepted reference standard, and deducts points for residential units exceeding these standards.

our client has far less than 75% of the building. the building has parking, but it is not allocated to any tenant and not subsidized. Please confirm this achieves NO points?

I am modelling for LEED GROUP - v4 BD+C: CS. Project has 40 Office buildings shared with same basement and served with multiple Water Cooled Chillers as cooling source.
