Does anyone have an example of a LEED Form completed for natural ventilation they would be willing to share? There does not appear to be one in the "documentation toolkit".

We are pursuing both SS4.3 and SS4.4. As long as we provide the total parking spaces required for both 4.3 AND 4.4, can those spaces be used interchangeably for either LE/FE and HOV?
