The owner is signing off on the fact that a plan for corrective action WILL BE developed, but it does not clarify who develops it, nor does the plan of corrective action need to be uploaded.

Does anybody know what is the VOC content for grout? By grout I mean the "paste" that goes betwenn two ceramic tiles, like the one in a restroom.
