International Project without Cut Sheets

We are working on an international project and the contractor is telling us that the standards in their country lack cut-sheets and MSDS sheets.

In the LEED 2009 BD&C Reference Guide, there is language in each of the SSc4 credits sections that indicates that a Comprehensive Transportation Management Plan (CTMP) can earn the project one
