Total for Division 12-Reused Furniture Amount PLUS Cost of New??

The higher the amount for reused furniture, the higher the number for Total Division 12, therefore more difficult to obtain the 30%. Ex.

I have a large open sleeping bay for about 30 people. I have 2 rows of lights. Is having each row switched separately good enough for the credit?
