FSC Mixed vs FSC Recycle on Invoices?

If my invoice says FSC Mixed for an MDF order, even tough MDF is a recycle product by design, would that go towards MRc4 instead of MRc7 even if the invoice says FSC Mixed?

I am working with a facility to determine if they can meet the prerequisite for the LEED EBOM. Currently the facility has 12 AHU's, some of them working for the same single space.

Per LEED requirements, woodworkers now have to be FSC certified in order to qualify for the MRc7 point contribution.

I got the reviewed comment on the process energy. The way I have modelled is try to add the process load to reach 25% minumum energy threshold eventhough such load does not exist.
