MERV 13

EBOM-2009 IEQc1.4:Indoor air quality best management practices - reduce particulates in air distribution

Our building has existing MERV 8. The existing HVAC does not have the capability to to take MERV-13 filters. Can we get this credit if we have phase-out plan or need to replace all at once?

Hi, The LEED CI reference guide (2009) mentions that a tenant who lease thier space and who do not occupy the entire building are only eligible.

Spaces exemption for IEQ c4.1 - 4.4

I heard from someone that IEQ c4.1 - 4.4 only apply to indoor regularly occupied spaces. Is that true? Is there any spaces exemption for these credits?

can we use the salvaged materials from our site in another project site? For instance this is in a mall and they would uuse the ceiling tile from our project in another place in the mall?
