I have a Core and Shell building where there is an air-to-air heat pump.

We have a school project that is considering both PHIUS certification and LEED certification.

I am having trouble translating these systems. Can anyone explain the difference between these 2 control types? Thank you

Our project consists of office building and workshop which is going for  LEED v3 2009.

As per the requirements of the pilot credit, we are noting our participation in this forum.

We have demand controlled ventilation in spaces with varying occupancy.  The building is a YMCA.

Can the process load cost be considered as unregulated energy use for PCIt calculations?
