NAF Composites Not CARB

There are particleboard products that are NAF with third party certifications that LEED reviewers will not accept because they do not have a CARB exempt executive order.

I was checking the RP credits for LEED v4 NC in Cambridge today and there are only 5 listed (not 6). Boston is the same way.
