We are pursuing option 2. We have no problem to point out a few multi-family houses within 1/2 mile have more than 10 unit per acre.

We want to satisfy this credit, but our project site (Cebu, Philippines) doesn't have any streetcar and our buses just pass along the highway which is far away from the site.

Most of the furniture selections in out project have a certification from SCS Global which is an ANSI Accredited Product Certification.
