Curious how other have looked at this credit from the perspective of the project not having any parking on-site, but do offer the employees discounts to a nearby parking.

Spandrel panels are considered as opaque surfaces per the ASHRAE 90.1 definition. Kalwall and similar products count as fenestration since they allow in light.

I see that water-bottle fill stations / drinking fountains are not on the list of fixtures in the calculator. Do we just leave those out of the water savings calculations?
