Do water features need to be included in calculations?

I have a project that will have a water feature which will be a splash pad during most of the year and an ice rink for 6 weeks in the winter.  How do I account for this in the Outdoor Water Us

Hi all, The project is a retail store in Taiwan. The AHU used for this store is also shared by other stores around it. Further , the AHU is provided by the base building and hence not new.
