Inspection reports vs photos?

NC-v4 EQc3:Construction indoor air quality management plan

In v2009, inspection reports were sufficient documentation to confirm the implementation of the IAQ Mgmt Plan.  Is this still acceptable?  The LEED v4 reference guide only mentions photog

Is there a stormwater management sample document/template for LEED v4?

I noticed that the sample document provided in the documentation toolkit is applicable to LEED v2009, and not sample document for LEED v4 is available.

We are pursuing in this credit the "Option 2: Providing onsite alternative fueling stations for 3% of total vehicle parking capacity is a bit more involved and potentially more expensive.

Hi,

When modeling the Baseline's lighting power using the Space-by-Space method, may I icrease the Baseline's power by section 9.6.3 (Room Geometry Adjustment) by 20% ( if applicable)?
