My project consists of some landscaping at grade (2%) and the majority of landscaping on the podium level (18%) for a combined landscaped area that is about 20% of the site.

How do I find out if any certified companies have received a point for refurbished furniture?  The point is awarded if 30% of the furniture or furnishings are refurbished, reused or salvaged.&

For this option, all densely occupied spaces have to have CO2 monitoring that is tied into the central BAS. Is there an exception for spaces that are served with 100% outside air?
