We have a project that includes commercial washers.  The basis of design is a top load light commercial washer.  From the Energy Star website, a top load commercial washer is not eligible

If sub-ing all NC-v4.1 for MR credits, then is NCv4-MRp2 still required if registered as v4?

Has anyone encountered this situation, and been allowed to skip the MRp2 credit since it was omitted in NC-v4.1 in 11/2020?
