Core and Shell v3 w/ ASHRAE 90.1-2010 w/o tenant agreement

We are working on a very large, core and shell project that the owner will not share the tenant agreement with our team. The minimum code requirements are based on IECC 2012/ASHRAE 90.1-2010.

How is pre-consumer recycled content calculated in v4? In v2009, there were columns for both pre- and post- consumer.

To comply with California codes we had to show compliance with Title 24-2013. This required us to use the proprietary program Energy Pro 6.

Calculating Daily Average for Transient Users

Based on the examples presented on this site, the daily average is based on 365 days a year. Is this correct or should it be based on actual days the facility is open for business? Thanks

If I am NOT the a project’s LEED Administrator, how can I see the full list of team members to whom a credit is assigned (i.e. when it is assigned multiple people)?
