Hi, my project is registered under LEED NC but it's a healthcare related question. I did pose the question there but no one could help.

I have a project that has 69 dwelling units and provides indoor bicycle storage for 39 bikes. The project also includes storage lockers in the underground garage for each unit.

We wish to pursue the credits IEQ 7.1 & 7.2 , the space is auditorium seating with a dance floor for Wedding .(Area - 5300 sq ft , Occupancy 370 People), having office spaces on other floors .

We are required to address resilient design (e.g. against sea level rise, storm surge) in our project. Does anyone have any experience or words of advice about this? Thanks!
