Hello, What does 'preproject' really mean? Our project is located near a river. Currently there is one building with docks within 50 ft. of the water.

Our masonry contractor submitted VOC documentation on Wire-Bond Aqua Flash Mastic with a VOC content of 270 g/L. I am first not sure if this needs to be submitted for IEQc4.1 or not.

If I have no parking spaces in my LEED boundary, is it ok to have my Low-Emitting parking adjacent to the site? forgive me if this has been answered/asked by someone else.

Hi, our project is a data center that shares toilets in an adjacent building. The only plumbing fixtures in the DC are a mop sink and eyewash units. Can we achieve the WE indoor prereq?

We have an office core/shell project that we are considering for certification. The Owner may want to just design a small mechanical unit to service the restrooms and not much more.

Parking Capacity - Police Station

Working on a new police station and trying to find a route to get SSc4.4 (LEED 2009). Anyone have any thoughts? We have public and secure parking which is for police vehicles only.
