Just received comments back on a project and was surprised at the number of issues with our Green Cleaning Policy. This is a template I have used without any comments/issues in the past.

If a client owns all of the interior space, then I assume that they would obtain this credit, since they pay all of their energy and water bills. Would I be correct?

We have a 31 storey office tower under construction and slated for substantial in October 2017. It was designed and construction started without any confirmed tenants.
