Is there any guidance for passing shared vehicles (e.g. not stopping at the site) to be considered public transport?

When finding the area of compliance for a single room under multiple view types, does the regularly occupied space that is entered for that space change?

I am university student and I am writing my thesis about leed certification, especially cost materials.

We are working on LEED v4 project  - New construction (Gulf). We have targeted this credit for atleast 2 points.

We are currently trying to get the certification for one of our projects here in Dubai, UAE which consists of a small office in a 5-storey building under LEED CI v4.

I'm looking for the RPC for a project in Saudi Arabia. But the site http://www.usgbc.org/rpc isn't working for this version.
