refrigerant reccovery

NC-2009 EAp3:Fundamental refrigerant management

in EAp3 it says that there should be an EPA approved refrigerant recovery technician, is this requirement also for temporary units(like site offices site warehouse etc) or it is only for permanentl

Dear All, My project is a museum building. The building roof is thick with water. So, project building roof have pool and observation terrace. Should it be counted as a reflective?

The 2 year, 24-hour design storm precipitation data is unavailable for the country. However, Historic rainfall data exists.

As per Table 6.8.1D, I observed the following EER = 12.3-(0.213*Cap/1000) EER Also, Cap means the rated cooling capacity of the product in Btu/hr.
