Are Shades 'Furniture and Furnishings'?

Motorized  and manual shades (such as Mechoshade) are in Division 12.  Do they count as "stand-alone furniture items" that must be included in low-emitting materials calculations?

1 EV charging station for 2 spaces and Vehicle Fueling Capacity per Station

I was informed that the LEED project in question has 1 charging station and two reserved parking spots.  Am I to assume that this station has two charging cables, one for each spot, or should
